Alyson Melissa Sánchez Serratos

Alyson Sánchez is a Research and Data Analytics Intern at the Scott Morgan Foundation, where she supports SMF VoxAI, an AI-enhanced communication system for people who cannot speak due to ALS and other conditions. Her work focuses on large-scale demographic analysis to identify priority regions and user segments for deployment, helping the foundation understand how to reach the 97 million people worldwide with complex communication needs. She translates user feedback and survey data into actionable insights that guide technology design decisions, ensuring that SMF VoxAI evolves based on the real experiences of people with severe communication challenges. Alyson is completing her B.S. in Computer Science and Technology at Tecnológico de Monterrey, with a specialization in Advanced Artificial Intelligence for Data Science. She brings additional experience in cybersecurity and networked systems from roles at Cisco Meraki and El Puerto de Liverpool.
